Does NOLAGraphics provide hosting?

Yes we do provide hosting on our dedicated platform made for WordPress Custom Development.

Do NOLAGraphics clients have direct access to their hosting account?

All NOLAGraphics clients receive a hosting document upon start of their contract. This document will detail the authentication information for your new hosting account on the NOLAGraphics web server.

The username and password given will give you access via cPanel, FTP and SSH.

When you receive this document print it out and save it in a safe place. The information can be given to any competent web professional on your team to backup and migrate your site to another service at any time without notice to NOLAGraphics.

We hope there is never reason to do so as we look forward to a long and lasting relationship with your company but, should there ever be a need for us to part this document (along with your domain registration info) is the main information you will need in hand for your new web development agency of record.

How often does NOLAGraphics backup?

We back up the all our our servers every week. We keep local backups on our servers in raid configuration so if a hard drive dies your site doesn’t go down. We also have off site backups that can be restored to any of our spare servers, if there would ever be a hardware failure. We have never experienced this problem but with larger hosting companies this does happen and we have incorporated the same steps the larger companies have to ensure your website, application, and data stays safe and secure.

How often does NOLAGraphics have down time?

We promise a 99.9% up time guarantee. We have had only 3 outages over the last 6 years for an hour duration each. The outages were planned to perform hardware upgrades to the server and were done in the middle of the night so as to minimize downtime. All clients hosted on our servers will be notified if there are ever changes being made to our servers.

Do you have a high-speed, direct connection to the internet?

The company we lease rack our servers at is Psychz Networks in Dallas Texas.
